Hypnotherapy is a transformational therapy where therapeutic work takes place while under hypnosis.
Hypnosis is a deeply relaxed state where the conscious mind steps out of the way and allows us access to the subconscious mind. It is in the subconscious mind where our memories, perceptions and belief systems live. We are primarily running on subconscious programmes - these are all the beliefs and perspectives we have taken on and created through every experience that we have ever had and from everything that we have ever been taught, witnessed, read, studied, been told, observed or taken on from others ✨
Through hypnosis we can access the subconscious memories, feelings and beliefs that may be limiting or impacting your life today and resolve them. We can't change what happened but we can change how the experience lives within you and what you made it mean. Through hypnotherapy we can find peace and relief from past experiences that we are still holding onto. We can fully feel any unfelt emotions that have been repressed for a long time and we can find inner peace and freedom from things that we may have been trying to overcome but felt helpless to do so ✨
Hypnotherapy is a gentle yet powerful practice. We can go as deep as you allow, you are always in control of the session and can never be hypnotised against your will. Everything that is said and suggested during a hypnotherapy session is to help you to heal and transform and improve your life experience. We all have things that we wish we could change, resolve, let go of and heal. There can be much existing within us that is unresolved. This doesn't have to be an arduous process but can be loving and empowering to make these inner changes ✨

During your hypnotherapy session you will be gently and lovingly guided into a state of deep relaxation. You will still be aware of every word I am saying to you and you will feel pleasantly relaxed ✨
Hypnotic and therapeutic techniques will be used to access the parts of you that are longing for healing, love and resolution. There may be some unresolved past experiences that are having an impact on your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, habits and behaviours and therefore having an impact on how you live your life ✨
Hypnosis gently guides you in releasing any pain that is stored within you from your past experiences and in creating a positive, nourishing and empowering inner world for you to live. Hypnosis often includes positive suggestions that will help to improve your state of mind and your perspective and experience of life ✨

✨ HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED? ✨
It really depends on you as an individual. Sometimes it may take just one session to address an issue and for you to receive the healing that you are looking for, other times it takes more sessions. Generally I recommend having 3 - 6 sessions and to see how you feel from there. Anything is possible ✨
